Nicole is a NASM-certified personal trainer with 2.5 years of experience teaching group fitness. Her classes blend core-focused movement with strength training, fusing Pilates-inspired exercises and weight work to build muscular endurance. Nicole is passionate about helping you strengthen the mind-to-muscle connection, push past your limits, and leave class feeling empowered. Outside the studio, Nicole has a background in acting in film and television and brings a vibrant, expressive energy to every workout.
